David Mitchell, from Derbyshire, has clearly taken pity on the athletes featured in our Olympians who Finished Fourth blog. He’s started sending them medals made out of pewter (which is slightly less valuable than bronze). Apparently, he’s already sent one to GB diver Tom Daley.
